Today on Orchestrating Change, we welcome LaFlovia “Flo” Ginanni, Director of United Way of Greater Stark County’s Project Blueprint for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—a program that prepares and places ethnically diverse leaders in nonprofit board and committee roles. With a background in social services, mental health, and criminal justice, Flo is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology and master’s degrees in Leadership Studies and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Deeply involved in her community, Flo serves on several local committees and boards, including the Stark County NAACP and Community One Credit Union, and remains dedicated to her faith, family, and service to others.
